What’s Covered under the Warranty:
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the original date of purchase (“Warranty Period”). During the Warranty Period, Jeengar.in will repair or replace, at its sole discretion, any covered defect.
Here are some examples of what our warranty covers, specific to the nature of our leather goods:
- Stitches: Repair of any stitching that comes undone or tears due to faulty stitching.
- Hardware: Repair or replacement of any malfunctioning zippers, buckles, clasps, or other hardware components.
- Leather Defects: Repair of any defects in the leather itself, such as rips, tears, or seam separations that are not caused by misuse or neglect.
What’s Not Covered under the Warranty:
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by normal wear and tear, including scratches, scuffs, fading, or color variations.
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, improper care, or unauthorized modifications.
- Damage caused by exposure to extreme temperatures, harsh chemicals, or solvents.
- Products purchased during clearance sales or promotional events are sold with “as-is” conditions.
- Products with removed or altered serial numbers.
How to Make a Warranty Claim:
To make a warranty claim, please contact Jeengar.in customer service by email at mail@jeengar.in or by submitting the contact us form here. You will be required to provide a copy of your original receipt and a description of the defect.
Jeengar.in will then review your claim and determine the best course of action. We may request that you send the product back to us for inspection. If the product is covered under warranty, Jeengar.in will repair or replace the product at no charge to you.
Shipping Costs:
Jeengar.in will cover the shipping costs for returning a product for warranty repair. However, you are responsible for the cost of shipping the product to Jeengar.in.
Warranty Limitations:
This warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty offered by Jeengar.in. There are no other warranties, express or implied, including any warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. 1 Jeengar.in shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the product, even if Jeengar.in has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
